              We had a hot engine signal come up on the DIC we called saturday about 11am and were told that we could drop off our truck but it may not be looked at until monday. Not only did the service dept start on our vehicle they got us a loaner and had our truck finished by monday afternoon. Thanks

              Castle service team went above and beyond...

              Castle service team went above and beyond our expectation. From the moment we brought the car in for a routine service related item, the team took the incentive to service a couple of other outstanding items. They were very helpful and explained to us the process regarding the inspection recall.Billy and Jay were great! Thanks again!! Dave

              I brought in my 2011 Traverse for an oil...

              I brought in my 2011 Traverse for an oil change, I was informed a recall had just been issued regarding the water pump. The service time to do the oil change, as well as go over the recall issues was within the time quoted to me. I always have a pleasant experience at this Dealer. Keep up the good work!!!

              Volt from castle ed was excellent salesman i went to him to see the car and went home with one no money down did not pay any monies and drove volt home in 2 hr fully finance love my volt great car buying expierence
