Going into this appointment was a bit nerve racking due to it being my firt appointment and car purchase, but Jasper and Clemente made my car shooping experince a very pleasant one. My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of working with the sales rep, Rosa Martinez. She was helpful and kind and I would recommend her to anyone. However, Clemente, one of the Finance managers, stole the show when it comes to customer service. When my girlfriend and I arrived on a day Rosa wasn’t in, Clemente stepped in to help us and he’s not even a sales rep! Clemente was patient with us as we looked for a vehicle (he showed us probably over 5 vehicles), answered all our questions, was transparent, and most of all, he was genuine. Castle wasn’t the first place we looked for a car. It must of been our 4th dealership we went to. I bring up his genuineness because other sales rep I spoke with at other dealerships were clearly just trying to make the sale. Which is part of the business I know but I can sniff that out from a mile a way. Rest assured, I did not experience that here. That’s to say there were no blatantly obvious sales tactics used with us to the point were it could make the buying process uncomfortable. Well, at least with me. Which was refreshing and broke the stigma of car salesmen/women. Establishing a connection with the customer is important and if this is any indicator of the overall practice and you’re looking for a car, you should consider Castle! They worked with our needs, found us a great deal, and left with a brand new car at a killer price! Thank you.

My experience with castle Chevy is always quick, easy, and painless. First visit they found the problem, two days later another problem occurred but was quick relatively quick... within an hour and a half to be exact... even though it took 2 visits to resolve my problem what made the experience great was the staff!! Thank you Nicole for your patience and sufficient service!!!
