The advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable. The communication was even better, very forthcoming about the initial estimate and possible other items after assessing the known problem with my AC.
I was kept updated every step of the way. A text that the vehicle was brought in and being evaluated, followed up with the exact cost and what needed to be replaced. They them called to go over and answer questions and after I approved the repairs, sent someone to grab the part across town.

Make sure before you go in to get pre qualified if your looking to purchase a particular vehicle that way you won't waste your time haggling with price and rate. Your salesperson and finance person will be easier to work with and able to work with you with discounts and best rates. I appreciate Eli salesperson and Mike who handled financing of the vehicle for a honest and efficient transaction.

I had a great experience purchasing a pickup truck! The prices listed online are fair and the entire purchasing process was quick, I spent only 90 minutes at the dealership. They offered additional packages / warranties but were not pushie about it. Overall would recommend for a future car purchase phase, thanks!

They did good job repairing my car but the prices are very high and I also noticed I had a long scratch on the side of my car when my car was returned back to me other than than that the staff was very helpful and nice.
I’d like to start by saying that the staff here are amazing people to do business with! I’ve bought multiple vehicles from this location and both purchases were seamless. Paul is extremely helpful and will make sure you walk out with exactly what you want. Great experience...again. Staff are friendly and professional, good service, reasonable prices for regular maintenance, and a descent waiting area. It was great to be in a nicely cooled area when it was a scorcher outside. I purchased my vehicle here and have always had a good experience. Its not exactly close to home but well worth the drive. They also threw in a free car wash!

Service sent a survey regarding recent experience : I scheduled an oil change at this location for convenience (this was not the dealership vehicle was originally purchased from). I purchased a car from this dealership, and it required dent repair. I appreciate that the dealership provided a loaner car while the work was being completed.
However, I was promised that the repair would be completed today. Today marks the 7th day since I left my vehicle, and I have now been informed that the repair work has not even started. Found out when about to drive away with the deal closed, that there was only one key fob for the vehicle.... NOT GOOD!!!!!!! The fact that this assumed aspect of purchasing a vehicle was NOT disclosed, very very disappointing.
Glad to have added premier coverage when I purchased my Chevy, as a price for an oil change w/ labor would’ve been close too $200. Needless to say, that’s highway robbery. Service technician was great, efficient and knowledgeable, but this is why having a trusted body shop guy is ideal. Comparatively, $65 vs $150 is almost a 3/1
We drove 2½ hours to find the specific vehicle we wanted. Very friendly staff, Azariah was great to us. Low pressure sale. Worth the trip.
The buying process was better than the last time I bought a car, which was 13 years ago. And took 4 1/2 hours, much shorter than the last time I bought a new car. This was a rather faster experience than I have ever had.
