They did good job repairing my car but the prices are very high and I also noticed I had a long scratch on the side of my car when my car was returned back to me other than than that the staff was very helpful and nice.

I’d like to start by saying that the staff here are amazing people to do business with! I’ve bought multiple vehicles from this location and both purchases were seamless. Paul is extremely helpful and will make sure you walk out with exactly what you want. Ulises is also a fantastic person to work with, he made sure my purchase lived up to my expectations and was ready to answer any and all questions. Great experience...again. Staff are friendly and professional, good service, reasonable prices for regular maintenance, and a descent waiting area. It was great to be in a nicely cooled area when it was a scorcher outside. I purchased my vehicle here and have always had a good experience. Its not exactly close to home but well worth the drive. He offered a low amount for my vehicle but noted low miles, and that the premium package and midnight edition did not factor into his offer. I politely declined as I did not feel valued by this representative of Castle dealership and did not want to work with him. Technician, service desk and cashier were all attentive and professional.

My husband and I just purchased a brand new 2026 Traverse. Everyone was extremely helpful from start to finish. We live 2 hours away and the entire team made sure we had a smooth experience. Anthony was our salesman and he was very upfront about everything and made the process easy for our end. Highly recommend anyone to check out Castle Chevy!

I was from out of town with an emergency car repair needed on Saturday to get home. Patrick and Antonio were courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to get my repair done and get me back on the road

Made the whole process super smooth, bought from another state and they held it for me. Great customer service.

Service was fine, quick. I didn't like how long I was waiting and I had to ask why I wasn't ready. 2 hours later I had my key to leave even though my truck was ready to go. That needs to improve.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I purchased a car from this dealership, and it required dent repair. I appreciate that the dealership provided a loaner car while the work was being completed. However, I was promised that the repair would be completed today. Today marks the 7th day since I left my vehicle, and I have now been informed that the repair work has not even started. I was already told on the day of delivery that the repair had not yet begun, so it is very disappointing that the vehicle was held for an entire week without any progress. I understand that delays can happen, but a lack of communication and failure to honor commitments is unacceptable. After purchasing a vehicle, I expected much better service and management. Found out when about to drive away with the deal closed, that there was only one key fob for the vehicle.... NOT GOOD!!!!!!! The fact that this assumed aspect of purchasing a vehicle was NOT disclosed, very very disappointing.

Glad to have added premier coverage when I purchased my Chevy, as a price for an oil change w/ labor would’ve been close too $200. Needless to say, that’s highway robbery. Service technician was great, efficient and knowledgeable, but this is why having a trusted body shop guy is ideal. Comparatively, $65 vs $150 is almost a 3/1

We drove 2½ hours to find the specific vehicle we wanted. Very friendly staff, Azariah was great to us. Low pressure sale. Worth the trip.

The buying process was better than the last time I bought a car, which was 13 years ago. And took 4 1/2 hours, much shorter than the last time I bought a new car. This was a rather faster experience than I have ever had.

I have NEVER expected to have such a nightmarish dealership experience like the ones you see online, and yet at every step in the buying process at Castle Chevy Villa Park, I was lied to, deceived, and taken advantage of. I’ve never been inclined to leave a review anywhere, but I just can’t let this slip by. I visited this dealership from out of state because of a listing for a BMW labeled as being in ‘excellent’ condition, with a clean auto check report. Upon arriving at the dealership, I immediately saw multiple issues, but they refused to negotiate the price or even hold the car with a large deposit. Under pressure, I reluctantly went through their finance department. Despite my 760+ credit score and strong pre-approval at 6%, they “could only” approve me at a brutal 20% interest with $2,500 more down with Santander.. This was extremely insulting, and yet I decided to take their financing and leave with the car that day, trusting their representation of the vehicle and promises were truthful. I drove 6 hours back home and found out the next morning that the tire (they ‘just replaced’) was leaking, and the check engine light was on. Upon bringing the car to a few shops in my area to have them look at it, I was quoted for 5000-6000$ in repairs for broken and damaged suspension components and replacing the wheels and tires. (AWD car with an ORIGINAL 9 year old tire on the back right, ALL different tread levels and varied tire brands), and close to 1500$ in engine work. The technician told me he’s confident the car was in an accident of some sort at some point, despite the dealership and autocheck showing no damage, no accident history, and continuously claimed it to be in excellent condition. At this point, I was extremely upset, and I tried to work with the dealer so the many issues could be resolved so I could keep the car. Throughout this whole process, I think the most frustrating part was and still is the complete and utter lack of accountability and professionalism from their entire staffing team, as well as the fact the manager(s) refused to speak with me at all from the start of the process to the end of the process. Time after time I was told by the salesperson the manager would reach out, and instead it was silence, or the salesperson would just continue to be the middleman in a situation where he was not helpful at all. After filing complaints with the Attorney General in Illinois, and demanding that they would pay the repair costs at my local shop, the salesperson texted me ‘we will take the car back.’ No accountability, no professionalism, and a complete lack of integrity. At this point, all I demanded was a refund of my down payment and a complete void of contract, as well as reimbursement for my diagnostic fees, and for them to handle vehicle transport. I could have made them pay for the replacement parts I had already ordered, reimburse me for unnecessary finance charges, let alone compensation for the time and struggle that this entire process took. After repeatedly being told by the salesperson that I would be contacted by the manager about paperwork to get my demands in writing, they pushed it back day after day, despite my constant follow ups. Eventually, I was reached out to by another member of their team who was extremely unprofessional and lacked communication skills. He told me he wasn’t aware of anything that needed to be in writing, as if he was unaware of the situation entirely. He had an attitude with me about arranging pickup for the vehicle as if this situation wasn’t entirely avoidable simply by having some integrity. I am STILL waiting for my reimbursement on the diagnostic fees. And the car has been re listed just like it was initially, likely with the same issues they were already aware of. I would rather WALK for the rest of my life than buy a car from this dealership again, and this dealership is exactly what is wrong about the car industry and sales industry nowadays.

Tony from service hooked me up with Ulises Garcia in sales after talking to me about my old car which was giving me problems. After meeting with Ulises and telling him what I was looking for, we met a couple of days later and he had a couple of choices to look at. From there it didn't take long to decide. He found just what I was looking for and no pressure to upgrade. Sorry if I accidentally posted a 0 star. (fat fingers!)

Jody and Tony being the first contact are always excellent. Jody with making sure the loaner vehicles are great fit for the temporary use. And Tony for making sure to take the time to figure out his technicians how to locate and resolve the issue. I thank the entire team excellent work.
