Service sent a survey regarding recent experience : I scheduled an oil change at this location for convenience (this was not the dealership vehicle was originally purchased from). Upon entering the service center I noticed a a worker idle at the computer and cellphone. I patiently waited 5 minutes inline before greeting him directly and apologized for interrupting him. I stated I was early for an oil change appointment. He stated he did not work in this department. Without offering to get me assistance or calling someone else from that department to assist me I again waited patiently before walking further into the body shop to find assistance. After my oil change was finished I received a request to provide an offer on my vehicle. I was infact interested in downgrading to a smaller suv It was then that this same worker introduced himself as Tyler or Taylor had to find me in the waiting room and requested that I follow him into an office. He offered a low amount for my vehicle but noted low miles, and that the premium package and midnight edition did not factor into his offer. I politely declined as I did not feel valued by this representative of Castle dealership and did not want to work with him. Technician, service desk and cashier were all attentive and professional.

My husband and I just purchased a brand new 2026 Traverse. Everyone was extremely helpful from start to finish. We live 2 hours away and the entire team made sure we had a smooth experience.
